Builder/ Developer – Ostercraft Homes
A new Community of 31 single family homes near the Glendoveer Golf Course
in NE Portland. Homes vary in size from 1700 to 2000 sq. ft with
base prices ranging from $195,000 to $285,000.
The community was designed to meet strict density requirements without
forcing residents to squeeze alongside each other.
The floor plans call for variety to accommodate different lifestyles.
Though all are two story level plans some call for Master suites on the
main level a feature designed by buyers with mobility challenges or those
who simply like to keep most of their living on one level.

An innovating project in SE Portland is a 16 unit row house complex that
some residents have converted to residential/commercial units, including
a nail salon and wireless telephone store. The area is zoned for commercial
use, so when the homes were built, a bonus room was added creating an
opportunity for owners to house a small business and residence on the
same narrow footprint.

aimed at first- and second-time home buyers. The majority of their
homes are built on spec, using stock models to shave time off the process,
but also adjusting the floor plans to maximize interior space or to

Four Custom Built Homes of Superb Craftsmanship. Base Prices Vary From
$370,000 to $450,000. Solid Built Concrete Homes Fully Insulated
